- Take a bowl add potatoes, peas, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp chat masala mix it well. In a serving plate place golgappa filled with potato mix.
- In a bowl add curd and sugar. Whisk well. Pour this curd over the golgappas.
- Add both the chutney. Sprinkle chat masala and nylon sev.
