  1. Mix all ingredients mentioned for the katori and make a dough.
  2. Wash and dry a Muffin pan turn upside down and grase with oil. Roll the dough into a square. Big enough to cover the outerside of one Muffin mold.
  3. Preheat oven at 375 degree F. Cover all the Muffin molds.
  4. Bake them in the oven for about 10min until the outer covering is brown. Allow them to sit on the counter for a while. Cooled remove from the molds.
  5. The baked katoris are ready.
  6. Assembling katoris - place katori on a plate. Add 1tbsp green chtuney, at the base of katori, 1tbsp tamriand chtuney, 1tbsp curd, 1tbsp boiled chikapeas Sprinkle pinch of salt. 1tbsp fried potatoes, 1tbsp onion, 1tbsp tomatoes, Sprinkle pinch of salt. Again add 1 tbsp curd, green chtuney, Tamarind chtuney, paper powder, and chat masala.
  7. Top with sev, pomegranate and clintra and serve immediately.
