Once the ghee is separated then add chopped mint coriander leaves and mix it well. Now tomatoes base is ready and keep it aside.
- For Cumin Sugar syrup: Lets take 2 cup of water in a pan, add 1/4 cup sugar, cumin powder, chat masala, chilli powder, mix it well and boil it for 3 minutes. Make sure the consistency should be little sticky. Now cumin sugar syrup is ready.
- Now take the tomato base in a service plate and add 1 tsp ghee in it. Now add cumin sugar syrup, garnish with sev/namakpare, chopped onion, coriander leaves and sprinkle some chat masala. Now Banarsi tomato chat is ready to serve.
