Steps to make Katori chaat:
- Combine the flour, oil and salt and make a stiff dough using a little water.knead very well.
- Roll out dough into a sheet of 6 mm. Thickness.
- Cut rounds using cookie cutter and press into tart mould
- Prick all over with a fork
- Deep fry in hot oil
- Now fry the katori, till it turns golden and crisp.
- Drain off over kitchen paper and keep aside
- Now take a mixing bowl and add boiled potato dices, boiled chickpeas, chopped veggies, red chilli powder, chaat masala, salt and Mix well
- Add 2 tablespoons of green chutney. Mix well with all other ingredients
- Put the mixed chat in katori cups. Garnish it with sev, chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate.
