  4. Prick all over with a fork
  5. Deep fry in hot oil
  6. Now fry the katori, till it turns golden and crisp.
  7. Drain off over kitchen paper and keep aside
  8. Now take a mixing bowl and add boiled potato dices, boiled chickpeas, chopped veggies, red chilli powder, chaat masala, salt and Mix well
  9. Add 2 tablespoons of green chutney. Mix well with all other ingredients
  10. Put the mixed chat in katori cups. Garnish it with sev, chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate.
