This Samosa Chaat is a another popular Indian chaat where samosa is served with chole (chickpea curry). Chaat is a broad term used for all Indian street food. It's mostly spicy, tangy and topped with yogurt and chutneys. I made this Samosa Chaat the day I made homemade Samosa but I couldn't get around sharing it until today.
Instructions to make Samosa chat:
- In a bowl sieve flour add salt zeera and oil,mix well make a soft dough by adding water rest it for 30 minutes
- Heat oil in the pan add onion when it becomes pinkish add ginger garlic paste saute it for 2 mints
- Then add chicken cook for a minute
- Add all vegetables mix well
- Add all spices and sauces one by one cook for 5 mints then switch off flame and let it cool
- Make small balls of dough, flatten it, divide it into two
- Make shape of samosa,put filling and seal it
- Heat oil in pan and fry samosa's until golden
- Now take plate,put samosa's in it crush from center,add fruits then pour meethi chutney
- Add yoghurt,then add tomato and chillies and on the top add nimko
- Samosa chat is ready

The samosas should be crispy for the chaat to taste good. So put the samosas in the oven or fry in hot oil just for a minute if the samosas are not crispy enough.
