Instructions to make Pakori Chat:
  1. Wash and Soak dal for 4-5 hrs. Remove water from dal put in mixer jar add green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and salt grind without adding water.grind coarsely.remove grinded dal on bowl beat little. Heat oil in pan. Take small amount of dal mixer and fry small pakori.on oil at medium heat. Remove from oil.in one pan take hot water and put pakori in hot water for five mnts remove from water and sqeeze out water.
  2. Take dahi on bowl smooth it put little sugar mix now put pakori in dahi let pakori soak in dahi for five mnts. Take serving plate spread 5-6 puri now on puri keep dahi wala pakori. Put more dahi on pakori now put meethi chutney.sprinkle red chili pd,chat masala pd now sprinkle sev and lastly coriander leaves. Serve
