Instructions to make Katori Chat:
  1. Make dough of maida. Add salt and 4 tsp oil then make a dough. Now take a ball of dough and roll it. Make thin roti by using dry flour. Take a steel katori grease it with oil. Now cover the katori with roti. Cut the corners and fry it in medium flame. Once the katori will start leaving the steel katori. Take out the steel katori and fry the maida katori from all sides. Keep it aside
  2. Now add boiled chickpeas, boiled potatoes, salt, red chilli powder,roasted cumin powder,onions, tomatoes,half green chutney,half imli chutney, 3-4 spoon of curd in it.
  3. Now put the mixture in the katori and then on the top again add curd, green chutney, imli chutney, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander leaves and sev on the top. Ready to serve
