- Make the jellies according to instruction and leave ot to set. I used less water than mentioned to get hard jelly and cut into cubes.
- Take milk in pan and bring it to boil. Add sugar in it and keep stirring till sugar dissolves.
- In a small bowl take china grass por some warm water and mix it so it melts. Put this mixture in the milk and keep stirring. Cook for 5-10 mins.
- Remove the pan from the stove add strawberry essence and keepnstirring for few mins. Than add fresh cream and mix well.
- Now in a mould add all the cube jelly. Now pour the milk mixture on it. Leave it to set for 1 hour. Than put it in the fridge for 4-5 hours to chill. Your yummy dessert is ready #sahdessert
