- Now add oil for frying in a pan and heat on low flame. Now take a lemon size ball and roll puri with roller. Cut box shape with help of cutter and fill filling one side and the other side make cut lines
- Fold roll and at the ends put maida pani gol to stop filling to come out. Make all like that and now deep fry all on medium flame till brown in colour take out in a plate and serve hot samosa in new shape
