  4. Cook it until it's become soft and shiny batter. than off the flame.
  5. Now this batter spread on greased thali or kitchen surface. spread gently and make thin layer.
  6. Than let it cool completely. after that cut in to long strip.
  7. Now roll in this strip's. and make a tadka.
  8. For make tadka take a tadka pan. put oil. Add curry leaf, mustard seeds. now pour it on khandavi. ready to serve.
