- In a bowl take whisked curd, Salt, turmeric powder, Besan, Ginger &Garlic paste. Add water blend all ingredients well.
- Heat a broad non-stick pan pour the batter into it. Stir & cook until dense. Switch off-gas.
- Take any plate or tray keep upside down. Put batter on the plate. Immediately spread it evenly with a spatula. Keep aside for 5 to 6 minutes. Cover &keep rest of the batter and do the same process.
- Once cool lift the Khadvi from the edge with a knife and roll with fingers.
- Heat oil in a pan put mustard seeds, hing turn off flame. Put tadka over the khandvi. Garnish with fresh coriander & grated coconut.
